Once you have installed OCTGN, go to the "Games Manager" tab, then click the button that says "Add Game Feed" then paste that URL into the URL box, the press OK. A new list of games will show up, scroll down to MTG and click "Install". You can then use the Deck Editor to build your deck.

You'll also need a comp Lyeos. ))
