Try to convince a thieves guild member to forge a spear for me using the stone. Don't intimidate them, instead appear friendly to their cause in order to get a discount.
(4) The people here are friendly enough, though your guard outfit  somewhat scares them. The smithy is rather far in and when they spot your armor are the picture of hospitality. When they hear your order however, there is a brief discussion in the back. It seems that they have called someone with more authority  to come soon and ask you to wait.
Try to recruit him, if he refuses kill him.
Augh! Really? You beat the shit out of me and want me to serve with you to fight? Fine, just let me get up. His wounds close and the fire around the room swirls around his leg and wounds. He somehow stands on it and smiles. "Here we go eh? This'll only hold for a short bit.  I'd suggest we go through the wall we destroyed, especially if yer looking for power."

"Well I asked you nicely, I'm more then happy to remove your head if you have a problem doing as your told.

Now lead the way and one word of warning. Put a toe out of line and I'll take your other leg.
"

Let him lead the way, clean his blood from my blades as I follow.

"Well friend I must go to the sleepy place to get more of the body. Good morning!"
Go back to the river and become as large as five large men or the max whichever comes first with any converted sand.

While waiting talk to anyone in the vicinity, try to convince them that it's good to have a guard on their side

Jonathyn and Athri traverse the sewers quickly. She somehow manages to accumulate any grime or detritus during their time down there. He eventually points to a wall which she tears down with a curse, literally, she cursed at it and it fell to pieces, revealing a hidden passage. "My transcendance grows nearer, and so does Berd. It seems that he waits for us. I think that I may miss him once he's dead.

"So, big guy, what's behind the wall?"
Follow georgia and chainey
"Dunno, but I was here when they put it up. So clearly whatevers back here is worse than I am, eh?

This is the Thieves Guild. They are well aware how useful it is to bribe the guards. In fact you see a couple wandering around in civilian dress. When whoever it is arrives they look as though they've been pulled away from some very... Important business. His clothes are rumpled and his feathers stick up in odd places but he is most certainly in charge here. "Well you're a new face. I'm glad to see someone with some backbone, but accosting our breach collectors and now asking for an enchanted weapon so quickly after finding this place makes others worried. Who exactly are you?

Thats about 1000 pounds of sand. That'll take some time. Since you're at about 24 pounds now, Id say about 4 turns wait and you'll have enough to put the entire city to sleep.

"I'm a murloc that wants more money and power than a simple guard's salary and status gives. That's why I'm interested in the thieves guild. As for the weapon, I've seen a war like you wouldn't imagine. These sorts of weapons, they're good to have on hand. Simple self-preservation. I'm sure you understand."

One of the refugees from Romekshome then? Good, we've been looking for those of you with a sense of purpose. Most refugees never really recover. We may have need of people who have seen and dealt with Athri in the past.
Make him the spear.

indeed you can. Dream manipulation is also listed as a power.

"Well let's find out, not long until the guards start moving and we need to be back and ready to fight before that happens. The fools are walking into a meat grinder and it's gonna end up on us to pull them back out of it."

Go see whatever is in here.
