I can't get Masterwork to run for me

This keeps happening, does anyone know why?

It looks like you're trying to run it from the archive, and from Dwarf Fortress.exe
You have to extract it first, right click the .rar file ->Extract to MasterworkDF v.whatever, then I'd suggest launching it via the Masterwork launcher, Masterwork Dwarf Fortress .exe
