Well, I think we should get the Cybervant mining, show the Warchilite to the hopeful miners and get started on that front. Though reading the manual really can't hurt, and should be one of our priorities. Or... let Toel'ix read it to us, that is.
I doubt that planting the potatoes again, especially in late fall, is a good idea. I never really heard of potatoes as a winter crop, and even then the field is still full of those parasites. Some sorts of grain are able to grow during winter, but if they have these here is another question.
Else, building some shacks for those potential miners is a good idea, and something with what we can't really go wrong with.
Ask Toel'ix if there are any kind of competitions that nobility normaly do, or what a common past-time of them is. If it is anything complicated, we ought to start on learning such stuff during the winter, as I doubt we would have to do much else.
It would also be of interest how our treasury looks like with the recieved payment. ( I actually would think that + / - ought to cover that nicely. No need to crunch any kind of numbers then. )
Else, going uninvited to the wedding is also something I would advise against. Like 3man75 said, we are not even remotely dressed for the occasion either. We would have to impose on Lord Cowen for that then, so I doubt it to be a good idea.
