You summon and drink another vial of coffee, spending and gaining one MP simultaneously once more.
Having done this, you try to levitate over to Cain and slap him in the face. You don't actually succeed in doing this, but you do succeed in blasting yourself over Cain at high speeds and slapping him as you go past him.
"Gah! Remind me again why I haven't killed you yet?!"
Having fulfilled this turn's quota of antics, you decide to go outside. Or, at least, as outside as you can get when you're in the middle of a cave. There's little interesting, however. There's two tunnels leading to the north-east and south. Cain walks out as well.
"We need to head back to the cave that we fought the murderfish at. There's an underwater cave opening of some sort over there, and I want to check it out.

"Alright here's the plan: You launch the murderfish out of the water and I blast it into the wall and keep hitting it with air until it dries out. While I'm doing that you should provide supporting fire to none gill regions with your water spears."

"That shouldn't be a problem. In my experience, it doesn't like to stay in one place. It'll probably have slinked off somewhere else.

((Sorry for the delay in updating, I started working on a world for D&D, and essentially forgot to even existed for a couple days.))
You cast Summon Coffee in an attempt to prove your deific status to Cain.
"I... I don't even... Why? Why does the universe hate me?
Anyways, are you done? I'd like to get going."

Sulkily, you offer Cain the coffee.
Do you want it?
...Yes.
He takes the vial and drinks it. With that, you begin to walk back towards where you fought the Fishdemonmurderthing. Cain dives into the now eerily still water, and you follow suit. It's extremely cold, even more so than the damp, chilly air permeating the caverns. It's much deeper than it first seems, and it takes some time for you to get down the the bottom. Once you do hit the bottom, Cain disappears down a barely-visible hole, and you follow suit. There's an air pocket at the bottom, with a narrow, branching off passage.
The walls have some traces of what look like primitive paints.
Cain seems somewhat surprised, and the shadows in the room seem to thicken, much like how they did when he summoned the book. You just barely hear him mutter under his breath.
The shrine of Yala has revealed itself.
The shadows dissipate once more, and Cain looks confused, before shaking it off.

((My spellcheck tries to fix Fishdemonmurderthing to Mistake. I just thought you needed to know that.
EDIT: Also, yes, Fishdemonmurderthing is now the official name.))

You poke Cain, trying to get his attention. He turns towards you, terrified.
"...Knoton? You're not...?"
He regains his composure, though he still seems rather scared.
"Never mind. We need to get moving; we aren't alone."

The two of you begin to move deeper into the corridor, and as you go, you try to get Cain to tell you a little more about what he's talking about.
"'We aren't alone'? What the hell are you talking about?"
"Can't say much, but what I can tell you is that we're in the shrine of a very real, very powerful, and very likely present god named Yala. Even if He isn't here, we've still got to deal with his constructs, any lingering disciples, and I think there's a secondary Chosen Soul in here somewhere. I'm not entirely sure about any of that, but I'm probably not wrong.
