Not sure if a bug or not...

So I was playing as warlocks, and decided to take a look at the surface and see what kind of ores were visible from the surface. I then realized that a huge portion of the exposed stone was "rough hewn adamantine wall". Is this supposed to happen?

Edit: Just ran prospect all in dfhack, and it is showing up as a layer stone.

It means if you open errorlog.txt you will see errors about duplicate inorganics. An installation error. Did you unpack the mod into an older mod version or into vanilla df? If not, what changes have you done with the GUI?

This is a clean install of the mod. Deleted all the old DF stuff, and put the folder on the desktop. My previously generated worlds came out normal. The biggest change I've made to any of the map spawn thingamabobs is increase the volcano count on large island to 15 (murderous cult in a volcanic lair? Hell yes.) and done the typical check a box here, uncheck one there. Looking at the error log, there is the occasional "Dublicate Object: inorganic ____" for one or two stone types, but mostly it's error messages like "nrecognized Inorganic Token: TEARS_OF_ARMOK" in regards to reactions.

Standardization: Only simple trees and simple wood enabled
Misc: All but english names and build dimension enabled
Extra reactions: All
Balance: Aquifers, harder anything all off. Caravan escorts, Secret FUN, and Diseases on.
Additional mods: Food Variety and Fear the Night

hehehehe.. Meph you should put in a feature for your launcher to include an export file date/time stamped as to what settings was enabled when the "run" button is pressed. In VB is should be easy to find out IO (even then you already have IO considering the launcher grabs and changes files, just need to modify it to make a "MWSettingsLog.txt")

Then you can ask "can you post your latest settings from the last 3 days" :P just a tip from a programmer and fellow modder, Also regarding that thing you PM'd me sorry I haven't started it yet but I got it plotted out. just needs to be "started"

Hehe, that "save settings in a log" is actually one of my top requests/suggestions to Splinterz, who has been doing the GUI for a couple of versions now. ;)

Seems that without simple rocks or simple minerals people get duplicates now? I cant test... which inorganics are double?

Duplicate Object: inorganic SPHALERITE
That said, I generated another world and there were no duplicate object errors, and the world looks fine. I may have just somehow gotten a bad seed.

Not sure if it's related, I can buy animated adamantine spears from elven caravans. Is it a bug or a feature?
