I don't know about any of you, but my agenda is enslaving human kind under our rightful rule beside the Queen, and destroying the rebel scum.

Obviously me and prophet have already made a facebook group about that EXACT thing. Training Montage us GM!
Let me see if I can find an eldritch horror version of Eye of The Tiger  :D

.... You've doomed us all. Granted. Everyone except for traps are executed. Random sci-fi nonsense is required to be taught in schools.
A cute intersex harem with everyone in love with the androgynous king and smart and useful enough into pushing the kingdom forward.

So let me rephrase what you want to do 3man. You want the 10 year old boy to get taken on as a squire, work the next 6 or 7 years to become an swordman woth his salt then lead a group of knights and men at arms (assuming the dude is a count thats about 10 knights and two to three hundred men-at-arms which he can raise at a whim) to defeat the evil Chancellor, who in the mean time had SIX OR SEVEN years of time to build up an army of fals, each woth about 20 knights...yeah, splendid idea.

Even if we become a masterswordsman in the time we'll have no chance against the Corpse Men, they are physicially stronger and faster than a human, better outfitted, better armored, proapbly more intelligent as well and let us not forget that is your standard warrior corpse man, a good dozen of which had no chance against one Fal. Which the Councillor can potentially produce en masse.

The boy is actually 13 and with the deaths rising soon i'm sure word will spread around the kingdom or rival lordlings of what's happening. After a while they'll come together to discuss the undead problem. When they do we'll be ready to join the army as a respected Knight from our lord. That's the idea but that's why i said to keep our eyes open during that time. We should also be saving up quite a bit of money too :D

It will be difficult to get a common boy that they've picked up from the forest and turn him into a knight. That requires noble blood. Though it's not unheard of to obtain knighthood through brave acts. And you could still learn how to fight without the title of knight.

Dying of laughter?
Dying of pure unbridled hatred, actually.

I just want a nice house where the new queen can be born into without everyone in the villa knowing.

An idea I had:
We bide our time, learning how to smith and how to fight with a weapon. We wait for someone close to the lord to fall very ill, perhaps even the lord himself. Then we say that we have something that can cure them. We inject the person with the Queen's stuff, and make sure everyone knows that for this cure to work, the victim diseased must eat a lot.

Then we tell everyone that, since we're the only one who knows how to use it properly everyone else will get in the way and they should leave us alone to take care of the diseased. After it is birthed, we hide the Queen and say the person died because of an allergic reaction to the medicine. Or we can jump out through a window and escape. And of course, we don't have to use this idea.

It's going to rip out of the persons body though, "don't pay attention to the dead body or the fact that he looks REALLY malnourished with a big gaping hole. Oh and don't look under the bed either because the queen spawn will eat you it's a sin.".

Those allergies... It's some rough stuff. ((Okay, I repeal my suggestion.))

Maybe if one day we become a rancher we could buy heads of cattle and inject one. Leave it in the barn keeping an eye on it and feeding it the most we can via whatever cattle eat that make's them fat. When the Queen spawn comes out though..will it remember us or try to eat us? If so we'll need to establish ourselves via communication and be VERY careful with it. Herd more cattle inside and let her eat them for extra nourishment.

Thoughts?

These plans are incredibly convoluted. Or we could just catch a small animal or steal a large livestock. Find a safe place to inject it and keep it while the queen gestates. Stock up on food. Make sure it's nice and safe and hidden. And meanwhile lead the life of a blacksmith back on the villa while befriending the Lord and getting some training where we can. We'll visit every day and make sure she's doing okay.

We'll need to make sure said creature is tied down so it doesn't go anywhere but also FEED it more food. Remember even if we injected a human it'd need more food. Plus what kind of animal can we catch that's big enough to sustain the gestates but not die in a heart beat? A wolf? A bear? Deer?

Bear to me is the best type of large animal although we can ask around with hunters but how would we even capture it at 13 y/o?
