  • Bureaucracy - Crimson Binding: Places red tape, breaking it allows a Bureaucracy ability to be used on the perpetrator as a free action, regardless of circumstances. This includes distance, shielding and the like. If the target is currently dealing with bureaucracy, said bureaucracy becomes significantly more obstructive.
    
  • Bureaucracy - Inscribed Avalanche: Crushes the target under a heap of forms. Debuffs Agility/Dexterity. If the target is currently filling in paperwork, the amount of the paperwork increases dramatically.
    
  • Bureaucracy - Vermilion Seal: A whip strike using red tape. Next turn, any abilities that were used or are being used are sealed for the rest of the encounter. If the target is currently dealing with bureaucracy, said bureaucracy becomes significantly more obstructive.
    
  • Bureaucracy - Sable Stained Saber: Slashes the target with a flurry of paperwork blades. Each hit deals little damage but hits multiple times. The blade array continues hitting the target for the next three turns. If the target is currently filling in paperwork, the amount of the paperwork increases dramatically.
    
  • Judgement - Debris of the Fourth Wall: A meta-aware attack that punishes any thread or forum rule violations with damage, debuff and sealing equal to the severity of the transgression.
    
  • Essence of Bureaucracy: All other characters participating in the encounter receive a Dexterity/Agility debuff regardless of their allegiance.
