Revolver- A antique revolver with a ornate wooden grip and a brass barrel.  Fairly powerful, though innacurate. Only holds six bullets at a time.
Hunting Rifle- A semi automatic hunting rifle fitted with a scope. Accurate and about as powerful as the revolver. Good for long or medium range shooting, but awkward to use at closer ranges.
Motorbike- A Harley Motorbike. Fast, but very loud, so it isn't good for sneaking.

Inventory:
Lighter- A small plastic lighter. There are some words writen on it, though they have been faded over the years.
Cowboy hat- A cowboy hat.
Vest- A leather vest, likely scavenged from somewhere.
Jeans- A pair of jeans, a relatively rare article of clothing.
Boots- Regular Boots, made from Cow Leather.
Ammo bag- A bag filled with ammo for all of his weapons.

I'l add the equipment and abilities later. I don't know if the stats are OP, since the OP doesn't provide me with "typical" stats in any area.
Also, is it alright if the character himself is made-up, but the setting he is from isn't?

M-300 Claymore- base damage of 50.1, deals 1.25 times damage to all things. Will break shoulders if not properly armored.

Inventory:
Medigel three charges- heals any wound. Only three charges.
