"Incredibly so, normally I'd just roll it over and slash it normally, but it's too damn big. Plus I lack any spell that lets me do this more easily... Well, I suppose I could dash along it, but I'd rather not risk wrenching out my shoulders. At least, not with my medical systems offline."

Does the blade possess any anomalous properties.

Yuri furrowed her brow behind her visor "Anomalous? I don't think so, aside from being created through a spell and having a few features of a combat knife..."

Spatial distortion measures or anything like that.

The ash making up Darnos' face shifts slightly.

I met someone once with a very similar voice to yours that utilized spatial distortions quite extensively. I was curious to see if the effect carried over.

"If we're just talking about spells, then yes. I can, using Theurgical Second Order. I only know two though. One of which only works for a Dissolution Spears."

Please explain what you mean by Second Order. Our magic systems are no doubt very different.

"Very well."
Yuri dissipates her weapon and hops off the partially dissected corpse. She holds out her hand, with the palm turned upwards. A miniscule flame appears, hovering just above it.
This, is First Order. Anything with a mind and several things without a mind can use it. No training required. It shapes reality to the user's wishes, but because it's based around some interactions I probably can't fully remember, it weakens the further away it is from the user. Plus as you can plainly see, it's really damn weak.
Her position then suddenly changes as so that she was now a few meters of the side without seemingly moving.
"This is Second Order. Generally only used well by people. Needs training and understanding of quite a few principles to use. It revolves around using First Order to get a greater output. It's a trade-off of ease of use and control for far more power. You can group it further down into four categories: Tangible, which is about storing or physically manifesting magic; Ethereal, which involves manipulating souls to affect the Border of Life; Recurrent, which uses Echoes, remnants of spells and finally, Theurgy, calling upon one of the three deities. You can use them in conjunction with each other though. The spell I just used was a pure Theurgy one, I've only really learned how to use Merrinae's."

Interesting. You should continue with the dissection, however.

"Fair enough."
Yuri conjures an extended misericorde and continues with the dissection until @Private_Nomad says something.

[Random.org: 2]
"...I don't see shit."
Yuri shifts off the dissected, empty corpse and away from Eldon, she keeps her misericorde out, just in case.
