"Meme? That's a nice name. Uh... Titan? Could you stop the shield so she's not just... bouncing back and forth like that?"
She smiles kindly for a bit, and waits a bit for the shield to fade and Meme to stop bouncing.

If Titan is smart, she'll open a shield away from everyone so they don't get smacked in the face. Either way, Meme goes shooting out of the shield to bounce around the whole room for a minute before finally stopping, looking very dizzy.

"noooo she scares me :< oh fine."

The dryad crouches down next to Meme and carefully extends a literal leafy olive branch to her when she stops. She speaks in a voice steeled from the shouts of hundreds of angry customers.

"What seems to be the problem, ma'am?"

"W-w-w-w-wobot..." Meme curls up into a ball, going iron again.

[Twi]

"I apologize if you were frightened, Ma'am. Outland City hosts all manners of sentient creatures, including mechanical ones. I assure you, you need not fear them any more than anyone else, ma'am."

PAJaK-U looks around guiltily. She's nowhere near Meme, but her hearing is excellent.

Meme still cowering regardless, shaking in her iron-ness.

The dryad glances at PAJaK-U and smiles.

"She did not wish to frighten you, ma'am. Please forgive her."

Meme peeks out, her ears flattened in fear.

"Ssssoooowwwwyyyy..." She curls up again.

The dryad glances at PAJaK-U and smiles.

PAJaK-U smiles back, her worried frown instantly returning when the dryad looks away.

The dryad gently pats Meme on the head.

"Did she startle you, Ma'am?"

Meme's ears twitch from the patting, going up and down a bit. She moves her head in a nod though.

The dryad glances over at PAJaK-U. "I assume you're willing to apologize, Ma'am. For startling her."

The spiderchick smiles nervously, "Tak, tak, of czourse!"

"See? No harm meant, little madam. Are you still scared of her?"
