Sarah finally arrives at her mid-sized suburban home. She fumbles for her keys a bit before opening the door.

"I kinda gathered that."

Lorenzo just follows her in. He looks pretty confused, his thoughts all over the place.

"I wanted recognition....but I never gave any recognition." He opens his mouth with a frown.

"..How was I supposed to get recognition if I treated my brother in such a way, a way which I hated to be treated from the moment in which I got saved from a woman and a girl?!" Lorenzo seems to be having a headache. He noticed a contradiction in his actions.

"Not much else to say."
Lizzie turns the TV off and glances at Kyle with a frown.

"So, as I was saying, anyone....important?"

[Twi]

Sarah smiles. "I see you're beginning to understand. Calm down. Why don't you wait in the living room and I'll make some quick grilled cheese?"

She  leads LLB to the generic domestic comedy-style living room, complete with central couch placement. The TV appears to run on magic, but otherwise, it's not too unlike a real living room. Although the decoration is a bit strange, full of framed papers, essays, and whatnot. Presumably, her achievements in her chosen field. There are also a host of books, many of them far beyond the level of either Lorenzo OR Luke, along with a big whopping coffee-table-book that has every trace of the old Aradine University she could scrounge up or get copies of.  And yes, there is a coffee table that it's on.

The stove can be heard turning on from the kitchen as Sarah gets to cooking. "Any preferences?"

"My father went missing and many of my friends are gone, and most of my squad mates are dead..."

She nods. "I see....I'm sorry I asked."

[JollyGent]

"Black tea." Lorenzo says harshly, then pauses for a moment, and thinks of his brother.


".....please." Lorenzo says in a very quiet tone.

[Twi]

"...It'll take a while to boil the water..."

[PrivateNomad]

"It's... fine."

Risa sighs. "I asked a stupid question, didn't I?"

"Not really."
