Sarah directs Gaston to the hospital where they're treating Lorenzo, although he could have read the ambulance.

After he leaves, Sarah shuts the door and sighs.

"I'm still a little confused..."

"Never thought I'd do this but... Luke took his pen, cut his finger, dabbed the pen so that the tip will have the ink, and made the pen float, pointing in the direction of where his brother is. It was a technique developed my the family to easily track allies.

Luke walks to the direction which the pen is pointing at.

Lorenzo is laying on the hospital. He has been saved by someone. He thought he had everything, everyone bowed to him automatically, but it never occured to him that someone will save him, let alone discipline him. He was having a lot of thoughts.
