Risa hugs him, smiling sympathetically. "I'm here for you."

"Hugs are this nice. It's warm. Comforting. If I grew up with more hugs and comfort.. perhaps I wouldn't have become someone who collects data just for selfish needs."

Luke held his grip tight.

"I'm disgusting aren't I?"

She shakes her head. "Not at all."

[JollyGent]

"I don't understand your optimism. If.. if you are that kind then..." Luke's pessimistic hypothesis about the world was starting to break apart.

"Perhaps, it's people like you that is needed in this world. Not the intelligent, not the strongest. But people who do the right thing."

[Vgray]

Tasrak stays silent but is clearly contemplating something.

She hugs him a bit longer, before pulling away.

"Thank you.."


Luke smiles, and he opens up his sketchbook, and under his analysis of Risa, he writes- "someone among those whom I need to protect." When Risa seems to be not looking at the sketchbook.

He closes it, and sits down against the wall, closing his eyes to sleep.

[hops]

"Well, I-I guess I'm lost, too. Kind of. It's a long story."

Hippasus is not sure whether he should follow these people around. It's not like there is much he could do, and he need physical subsistence as well as mathematical.

"Um, is there any mathematical institution nearby? I'm getting kind of hungry for energy..."

[Vgray]

"You could check the nearby town."

Tasrak points in the general direction of the town.

"Oh! There a town nearby? Alright!"

Hippasus zooms off to the town with a silly Vrooooooommmmm


Dany is collecting alms as usual.

[Twi]

Miranda passes by Dany. ...She throws a coin at Dany, striking him in the face! Possibly.

[hops]

"Alms! Spare some alms for the po- Owch!" Dany was caught off guard as the coin hits him in the face. His jerking motion made his hood fall off, and the crowd saw that he was actually a young man and not some old priest.

"Oh, whoops."

[Twi]

"I knew your voice sounded off. If you're goin' to be a beggar, just be one. Hell's bells."

Miranda seems to be taking pity on him. Jeez.

Tasrak goes to town and runs into Miranda and Dany.

[hops]

"Hey, I'm not a beggar! I'm a priest. I just get more prof- donations as an old man." Dany pouted, quickly pulling his hood back up before anyone notice his long, downwards ears or his incubus horns.
