The one millionth question about evil biomes.

I accidentally did it the other day, but I forgot to check and deleted the world. Is there an evil biome I can embark on that will give me all the fun of crappy weather and funny looking plants without the added fun of resurrecting arms?

I was in a place that was raining sickening "Yellow slime" but kills weren't coming back to life.

Not all evil biomes will have animated corpses. If an in-game week passes and no corpses rise, then it is probably not a reanimating biome.

But you can't really tell what type of effects or weather will be in a biome unless you either embark there or trying to scout the area as an adventurer.

You can turn reanimation off all together. Right now reanimation is the only "regional interaction type." So in advanced world gen, you can set that to 0. Or just lower it if you still want the occasional one.
