Wow that's a tough one.

Train a blind assassin to respond instinctively to reading certain trigger words.  Have the training cause the assassin to use any braille writing as a weapon, tearing the object off of it's surface and rubbing the surface braille against a target's face at high speed.  The durable letters, designed to survive repeated wear from fingers should be capable of acting like a really really inefficient sheet of sandpaper, slowly grinding the poor victim's face, skull, and brain into mush.  At the same time the assassin could cut the individual dots off of another braille surface and single hand load them into a powerful homemade shotgun and brutally murder witnesses with a spray of death literally made of text.
