Gelid gets off and goes to Lionan.

[SOLDIER First]

The succubus crosses her arms, tapping the fingers of one hand on the other arm.
Lionan is sitting against the edge of the platform. He looks pretty exhausted.
His plant counterpart comes over to the two.

"Yeah, well, he thinks so too. Guess you've got something in common."

He shrugs, dusting himself off as he gets up. Tossing the huge sword back over one shoulder, he sighs.

"Something in particular either of you want, then?"

[SOLDIER First]

"You already know what I'm here for, sweetie.~"

[Rolepgeek]

"And as much as me and my other sword would love to, the old fart says I can't. It's pretty fuckin' annoying. You know I haven't gotten laid, or even been able to 'relieve myself', for something like seven months now? Some bullshit about keeping my spirit energy together or something. Sucks, I tell ya."

He shrugged, eyes closed as he continued walking, hands up in the universal gesture of 'whaddaya gonna do?' The sword wriggles a little bit in his hand.

"No, I'm not gonna repeat that. I don't care whether you think it's true, it's still rude, and she's just doing what she has to."

He seems to be carrying on a conversation either with himself, or with the sword. Hard to tell.

[SOLDIER First]

The succubus frowns again.
"It seems pretty strange that you're allowing a sword to make your decisions, but I won't force anything."

[Rolepgeek]

He smiles and shakes his head.

"It's not so much that I'm allowing him to, as that he won't allow me to. He shoves the most unarousing image he can into my head any time I try. Whispers creepy shit. Seriously, I'd love to; you succubi are hot. This jackass just won't let me."

[SOLDIER First]

"Well, thank you.~ But, couldn't you just... put him away for a while?"

[Rolepgeek]

" Doesn't work. Trust me, I've tried to get rid of the bastard often enough. See, here, I'll show you."

He takes the sword in both hands, takes it off his shoulder, and hurls it into an alley. Then he just keeps walking. He seems ever so slightly...diminished, but not significantly. And now he's smiling, almost maliciously.

"He can't stop me from making out, which is nice, but somehow I don't think you'd be content to settle for that. And while it's always nice to try anyways, if I don't get to the arena he's never going to stop nagging me about it. But please, come back another time and I'd be happy to try, personally, though you might end up thinking it's a waste of your time."

[SOLDIER First]

"If that's all we can do right now, making out is just fine with me.~"

[Rolepgeek]

His eyebrows raise as he walks, fingers interlaced behind his neck.

"Well that's new. Most of the time succubi just take off when they learn I can't feed 'em. I guess this city really is d-"

He's stopped mid sentence by the sword he'd thrown away a minute ago landing on his head, having apparently been catapulted out of somewhere to his exact location. He nearly lands on his face, eye twinging, but recovers, one hand held to his head, the other one picking the sword up by the hilt so he could yell at it. Quietly, ish-he wasn't likely to be stopped and stared any more than he already was, having had a sword land on his head and all, but he wasn't very happy

"You litthle fugger! You jutht had to do it the flathy way, didn't you? Fugging- I bit my tumg now, thankth to you! Thit, now I can't even make out with the hot thick."

He grumbles as he finally arrives at the arena, a small trickle of blood running down his forehead, hair slightly sticky and matted. Odds were, though, it had already healed.

He turns to the succubus and sighs, eyes taking in every inch of her body as he tries to commit it to memory.

"If I thee you again, I'll try to thee if I can't thut this bathtard up for onth. Thumhow."

[SOLDIER First]

Well, there's a noticeable scar on her left wing, right next to the base, and she is several hundred meters tall the tip of her tail is a deep purple, so it can't be too hard to find her.

She chuckles slightly.
"Sure thing, handsome~. See you around, then."

[Rolepgeek]

He enters the arena, sighing.

"Why can't my life jutht be normal, for once?"

He stretched his mouth out as his tongue finished healing. It felt funny. Blergh. Still tasted like bloody though. And then he signed up for a match.

Soarla may see a guy with a giant sword that smells intensely of magic and ozone, if she's the sort able to sense those things, signing up for an arena match.
