Tia remains unfazed, simply glancing up at the Queen.
 "Allow me to stress that I took little part in the affairs of my mother at the time."
Tia is trying to recall how to counter an anti-magic ward.
Gualsa smiles before extending a small claw. She gently sets it in his shirt top and tears down the length of it before pulling the fabric completely off.
 "I want you, Kyle..."

"Oh, I know. I've never been one to punish one's family for the sins of their kin. You are in no danger for me, so long as I can keep my temper in check. That has been...more...difficult, lately. I asked you here because I came to negotiate a peace, betwixt your house and my Court."

Well that was an unsubtle reminder of the difference in power available to either side. Not that it's likely the Spring King would appreciate having one of the larger fiefs under his sway invaded, but still...
The Monarch continued.

"If I had been planning to harm you, you would have a very small iron nail, run through each of your joints, currently. Now, what was your name, again...ah yes..."

As to countering anti-magic wards...well, it would be possible, if the person who had crafted them wasn't standing in the room.

Soarla holds the sword in front of her as the bolt of lightning arcs towards her, "Ipwwglii!"

The bolt of lightning is absorbed into the blade as the sword pulses it's awakened state for a brief moment. Magnus would know that what Soarla said was of the Abyssal language, and that it meant 'suppress'.

Kyle smirks and squeezes her booty.
"I want you as well."

"Very well. What are your terms?"
Gualsa smiles and gets to [EXTREME CHESS]
Magnus's eyes widen and then narrow.
 "Oromis! Violet!" he calls out. From above Soarla, Violet uses her gravity magic to launch Oromis at Soarla at high speeds.

[Sanure]

"Ilwlg," Soarla swings her sword almost slowly. Magnus would know that word as well. 'Sever'. Oromis slams into a wall with a large cut going across his torso. He isn't hurt, but the cut is going to hamper his attacks now.

Soarla takes a step and almost stumbles. It seems the sword is attempting to give Soarla more of it's power. The sword pulses again, this time, Violet, Oromis, and Magnus can all hear a strange two tone beating sound, almost as if a heart was beating directly into their ears. The Cursed sword was awakening once more.

"For the moment, I simply need you to carry a message to your mother. I'll refrain from calling her what I truly think of her out of respect for your presence, but I can tell you that she will likely not appreciate it. I care little whether she likes the message or not, however; simply that it is delivered."

She fidgets with her hair as she relaxes into her throne. It's quite an elaborate dressing; there must be thousands of knots or braids within her floor-length hair, each in a different style and tightly bound. She's currently playing with a loose lock, stretching it out and folding it in on itself, apparently as a means of stress relief. If that's how she relieves stress, she must have a lot on her plate right now...

Magnus grunts and fires a dark-purple lightning bolt into the air, followed by a magenta one.
 "I want the anti-magic squad over here right now! Have the clamp squad seal off the area! NOW!" he yells, his entire voice booming across the city block.

The anti-mages should be here in 3 turns. Clamp squad will arrive in 2 turns, but not in actual combat.

Oromis places a palm on the alley, raising a giant wall of earth to block its mouth. Violet attempts to use her gravity magic and force Soarla down.

Tia frowns.
 "Very well."

[Sanure]

Soarla moves almost in an instant and plants the sword into Oromis' shoulder as it begins to drain his mana, further quickening the swords awakening. Soarla almost seems to be enjoying this, which is strange, due to her normal lack of emotions.

Oromis's stones begin to deconstruct, falling to the ground.

Magnus places a hand on his sword and draws it. He uses his magic to increase his speed by mass amounts. He dashes forward and slashes at Soarla.

Violet takes a sharpened crossbow bolt from her quiver and throws it into the air, using her magic to propel it at Soarla.

Anti-mages will arrive in 2 turns.

Clamp squad will arrive next turn.
Gualsa and Kyle did it in the alley. She is laying next to Kyle, who was sucked DRY.

The Queen smiles. She has a beautiful smile, even when it's predatory. The force of it's beauty actually makes it a little difficult to think...to notice what she's doing with her hair, as she ties a new knot in it, extremely elaborate and looping, braiding down for about seven inches.

"Excellent...then I will give you the message now, Tiana Eleanor Eldunarin, I name you your true Name and bind you to me, by my heart and my hand and the name of your soul, by this lock of hair I know you to me, Tiana Eleanor Eldunarin!"

Tia could feel something wrap itself around her mind, around her will and her soul, as she realized what had just happened.

Kyle is very tired. And missing his shirt.

Soarla pulls the sword from Oromis and parries Magnus. The crossbow bolt pierces Soarla's arm, but the wound begins to steam as it closes.

Soarla's sword is in a state of half transformation. It will take 2 turns to fully awaken now.

Tia's eyes widen as she grunts, glaring up at the queen with a neverbeforeseen fury.

"You... Did you just..."
What appears to be a huge and thick blue shield erects around the block as the clampers work their magic.

Violet throws her entire quiver out and uses her magic to propel 20 bolts at Soarla.

Magnus stabs at her.

Oromis is laying on the ground.
