Altrius eventually yawns excusing himself from Magnus, Clive, Violet, and Oromis. He leaves Soarla and Ryaku to act in his stead as he leaves the party and begins traveling back to his Hotel.

Maja makes a quick pitstop at the food table, and then follows Altrius back to his hotel. She's pretty open about what she's doing, glaring as hard as she can at the back of his skull as she mirrors his movements.

Before Altrius heads to his hotel he stops to speak with Mureachadh, " I am free for the moment. What is it you need Mureachadh?"

Magnus stands by himself as Clive, Violet, and Oromis walk off.

Kyle approaches Magnus looking embarrassed.

Tom sighs.
"Ton, don't play with fire..."

"Right, that's probably ONE reason you're irritated."

Magnus looks at Kyle.
 "Can I help you, my lad?"

"Right, that's probably ONE reason you're irritated."

"And?" Maja grunts angrily at Cheru.

"Either talk it out or find another place to call turf.

Or challenge him to a fight that if you win, would symbolically make you queen of the turf.

The other possible reason is that you want to have his kids or something. I'm not even going to suggest the logical solution to that."

"I do wish you wouldn't use my Name like that. In any case, I'm here to speak to you of business. Her Majesty has acquired several new...trade contracts with certain individuals over-seas, and would like to arrange a meeting to speak with more privacy about them, and their necessitating some...oversight, on your part."

"Um... I'm Kyle Johnson, I started work at Magicsteady recently. And um... the lovely woman you encountered was my friend Maja. Uh... don't hold the whole 'confronting Altrius' thing against her, she's having a bit of a rough time."

Maja rolls her eyes, "You've heard him. He won't put out until he becomes chieftain or some crap like that. And fuck, what do you think I've been doing?"

"If you'd like, I'll try to arrange an arena fight and talk to him about it.

I COULD douse him with love potion, but I doubt he'd like that. And I don't much want to do that either. I'm immortal, not immune to pain. Or suicidal."

[Sanure]

Altrius nods, "Very well, I will be free in two days. I have a meeting tomorrow with a representative of the Kobold Mining group of Alchein, and a later meeting with the Loch'nien company to discuss an... arranged marriage proposal for my younger brother. Seems the CEO's daughter developed feelings for my brother." Altrius turns away and begins to leave, "I look forward to our meeting, Mure."

Magnus laughs.
 "It is quite alright--I have seen her kind of draconic before. I am sure that in tr-" he says before something unexpected occurs--suddenly, all the lights in the mansion go out. The guests look around in a panic.

Magnus conjures a ball of lightning in his hand to provide some light, looking around.

Cheru presdigitates a flashlight into his hands. Yukari merely puts on her shades.

Elizabeth summons an orb of spirit fire to light her way around.
