"Bizarre Slime is a super rare chemical which is believed to have been responsible for the original creation of the monmusus, or monster girls. There are different types of this slime, and all of it must come together to actually be used. It's the primordial soup. Upon a mundane creature being dumped in the slime, a humanoid monster girl appears next to the creature. The monster is almost always a girl because the slime creates the purest, two X chromosomes. Anything male is a rarity, and male humans are especially a rarity."

"Then how did it form my lovely face?" Ilonia's body reforms slightly as she asks this question, her head poking up out of it.

"Human males are really what hit it. You know the Vice Casino I talked about earlier? They accept human semen as a currency. Otherwise, you might get hit on a bunch."

Kyle gets up and looks through the doors peephole.

Frigid sighs and walks over to the door, opening it. Standing there is a tall man with tired eyes--his eyes are a silver color and his hair is ruffled, going down to the bottom of his ear. He is wearing a black suit with purple stripes, signifying that he's a Magicsteady representative. He has a large guitar case strapped onto his back.
 "Hello there mad'am. Could I come in?"
 "Who are you?"
 "I am Clive of Magicsteady, coming to investigate a strange claim of magic happenings."

Clive takes that as a yes and walks inside, gently pushing past her pale blue sweater. He completely ignores Kyle.

 "Okay, I'll go straight to the point. You are in violation of magic code 126 section 4 blah blah blah, please register yourselves to Magicsteady Academy as a magic user or face legal action and the such. Resistance will be met with force and the such." he dully replies as if he'd said this hundreds of times before.

 "We know, Ms. Frigid Andernice," he says to Frigid before turning back to the others. He pulls out a holographic paper with the application, "Okay, please fill this form out."
