Inside, there are a lot of snakes and a few demons. At the far end of the room stands a Gorgon lady with a deep purple robe on, holding a knife against Frigid's neck. Frigid appears to be rather beat up--her face is bruised and her nice blue dress is now tattered.
 _{"F-Fuck... you..."} Frigid weakly says to the Gorgon with her eyes closed. The gorgon doesn't shift her glance over to them, as if aware they had a mirror.

"Such a succulent victim... always refusing to open her eyes to my gaze.. come on my dear, all I want is a peek~..." the Gorgon says as the snakes hiss at the intruders.
 _"N-Never..."
"Oh? Again, boy." she replied. A snake shot forward and sunk its fangs into Frigid's leg, tearing apart the fabric covering it and sinking into her flesh. Frigid lets out an agonizing scream.

"Gorgon." Cheru calls out.
"I'm going to be very frank. I have a hostage. You have a hostage. I propose a switch."

Kyle climbs so he's positioned behind the gorgon.

"May I inquire on who your hostage is?" she says as she gently begins to finger Frigid's now-ragged hair with her other hand.

The Gorgon is against the back corner of the room, so Kyle cannot get behind her. A demon with night-vision goggles is looking around the room.

"One of your demon cronies." He points a gun at the demon's head.
"I will trade you your servant for the Yuki-onna. You petrify her, I kill him. You poison her, I kill him. You do anything to her, I kill him." It's as if he's discussing the weather again....

[Again_Dejavu]

Russel goes off on a non-plot adventure all by himself.

"One of my henchmen? I couldn't care less."
The Gorgon slices a small bit of Frigid's neck, causing small amounts of her blood to flow.

"As you wish." Cheru points the gun away from the demon's head. Instead, he flicks a flashbang into his hand and lobs it at the gorgon after removing the pin. Yukari dives for cover, Carrick shuts his eyes and Elizabeth weathers it.

Cheru shuts his own as he dives madly for Frigid.

Shouts of panic and hissing fills the room as the Gorgon screeches and drops Frigid, stepping back from the blindness.

Cheru catches and grabs Frigid and immediately turns tail, carrying her out.
"Nobody look in my direction! Everyone clear out!"

Carrick and Elizabeth do so. Yukari follows suit, grabbing her rifle as she does so.

Kyle closes his eyes and leaps at the gorgon drawing a large knife from underneath his coat.

Yukari would assist but the flashbang kinda would throw off her aim.

She instead gets out and crouches, aiming at the fading outline of the Gorgon's head.

"AH! GET HIM!" she screeches. Several bat girls fly in front of the entrance.

The Gorgon opens her eye straight at Kyle and dodges to the left, taking care not to look into the mirror,

Elizabeth fades through them, being a ghost, but Carrick instead barrels through them with his bulk, presumably plowing a hole for Cheru to push through with Frigid.

Kyle rolls and jumps at her adjusting so he would actually go past her right.
