Niisa, meanwhile, simply flushes a little and heads into the living room to watch the movie, popcorn bowl ready.

"M-Maria-chan, what m-movie did y-you p-pick out?"

Maria smiles at Niisa, even if she can't see her. _{"The Last Flight. It's about a harpy who gets into an accident and falls in love with an antwoman. It's supposed to be really good, and has excellent audio subtitles for you. I have some other movies too if you want to watch something else though."}

He facepalms.

Well, that's helpful. She's either in heat or pissed off that Altrius showed up to steal her hoard.
".........tell me, Maja, do you feel like this place is your turf?"

"Of course," Maja grunts.

Also, both is equally applicable. A dragon has be ready for anything after all.

Altrius proceeds to talk politics and national going ons with Magnus.

Mureachadh walks about the party, chatting with other suitably rich and/or fancy party-goers, until he nears Altrius. He's here on behalf of his Queen, after all. Business must be attended to...

"The Colors contest is fast approaching, Altrius--and it is going to be a good one! We're doing it totally different this year by adding teams--I also sent Holodrones to establish dungeoneering zones so the contestants can get points that way."

_{"Okay. Let's go make some."} Maria nods and leads everyone back to the kitchen to make some more popcorn. It's mildly exciting.

Altrius laughs, " I haven't seen a good Colors contest since I was a child. What was the winner's name, Mordeck Baindrune?" Altrius may notice Mureachadh and nod to him.

"Yeah, I think that was the name. These three were also winners when they were young," he says before jerking a thumb to Clive, Violet, and Oromis.

"Now now, sir, I only won because everyone else got eliminated..." Clive points out.

[Sanure]

Altrius laughs, "As most winners are determined."

Maja has gone back to staring at the back of Altrius's head as he talks to Magnus. Occasionally she paces for a bit, but it doesn't last long.


Maria has made some more popcorn, and so sits on the couch to start the movie.

Altrius eventually yawns excusing himself from Magnus, Clive, Violet, and Oromis. He leaves Soarla and Ryaku to act in his stead as he leaves the party and begins traveling back to his Hotel.

The kelpie nods back to Altrius, and begins walking towards the group. When he nears, he speaks quietly to the dragon during a break in the conversation.

"If you could spare a moment of your time once you're finished here, Altrius, I would greatly appreciate it."

The two had had dealings in the past, and were...acquaintances. Friends would perhaps be too strong a word.
