Cheru nods.
"Would you like something to clean yourself with?"

"S-S-Sure... t-thank you..."

Cheru grabs her a wet towel.

She grabs the towel and cleans off her blood-stained hands, looking down in silence.

Cheru looks at her in silence, his expression not betraying anything.

"I...I-I'm going to go take a shower..."

Cheru nods and stands outside the bathroom door, a knife in his hand in case the alchemist appears.

Cheru hears a knocking from the door. Judging by the loud pounding, it's probably Oromis.

He keeps his eye on the bathroom as he opens the door. The moment any sound comes from it, he's rushing to it.

Oromis hands him a strange electronic device with a screen on it.
 "This will blink red if someone or something has teleported nearby. If we knew how his teleportation works, we could counter it, but... we don't."

[SOLDIER First]

Snore.

He nods and takes it.
"Thank you."
