Ascen upon hearing this stops and Zach uses his own magic to put the dragon essence/magic thing into the gem. He also inquires Violet and Oromis if creating tamed death dragons with the magic is possible.

Kyle sighs at the uneventful fight and starts picking over the loot before going over to the group of magicsteady operatives.

A human stumbles out of a nearby alley looking confused. He's holding a playing card between two fingers looking like he's about to throw it.

Ascen gets around 70 mana in the gym before it can take no more.

 "That was actually a shadow dragon--death dragons are rare and fearsome creatures, even more powerful than the shadow dragon we just fought. But I highly doubt you can tame dragons with magic--they think just like we do. Many dragons are quite civilized and wise, and have a civilization of their own in the Himalayas where dragon girls and dragons live in harmony."
Three succubi enter the valley, a seductive look in their eyes.
 "Hey sweetie~..."
Kyle doesn't really find much considering the dragon was naked, but he finds a bitching dragon tooth that would make a good necklace and some very very heavy scales that were chipped off.
An operative nods to him.

The unconscious woman is lying in a pool of oddly gelatinous blood, as if it was already partly congealed within the body. Her clothing is some kind of bodysuit, banded with metal and ringed with loops for restraints: it was clearly meant to restrict movement. Most of the restraints had been cut or ripped by the powerful claws sprouting from the end of each limb. She twitched and growled in her unconsciousness.

If nothing else, the blood would be soaking into the flooring by now.

"Could we at least make a friendly shadow dragon from the magic?"

The human looks between the group of people and the succubi before running away towards the armed people.
"Please help!"

Kyle questions why it looked bigger before collecting the tooth and scales.
He looks at the operative before he's distracted by a human running towards the group.

"Make a dragon? Heavens, no, you can hardly make anything with the amount of mana you managed to siphon off. Legendary creatures like that aren't simply created except by, well, never mind."
The succubi makes chase, flying around lamp posts and things. An operative gestures towards them and the ground of they alley's mouth suddenly sprouts up, a huge pillar of earth trapping the succubi.
Frigid sighs and begins to examine her wounds, if any.

"Are any uses for the shadow magic recommended?"

"Thank you!"
Tom says with a friendly wave.

Kyle turns to the operative.
"Do you know where I can get this turned into a necklace?"

There are numerous cuts to the legs, still with shards of glass embedded within. The arms and torso have multiple scrapes. There's a laser burn on the right side of the ribcage. One of the long spines and broken and embedded into the small of the back. The hole in the chest - and the core shard floating within - are easy to spot here, as well as the quickly - browning blood that isn't hers crusted around her claws and mouth.

"Not much unless you use it yourself. You may be able to transform it into alchemic energy, but it will output less."
"There's a neat jewelry shop on the corner of Chruthamanaus Avenue," the harpy girl operative says.

Tom eventually leaves thankful that none of the magicsteady people noticed he's the one who's been put on trial for 'cheating' at card before.

Kyle nods and goes to find the shop with a smile.

Magicsteady doesn't really deal with that kind of stuff. Tom should watch out for any cops though.

A very pretty lizard woman is operating the shop.
 "Hello there~, can I help you?"

Kyle smiles at her.
"Hello. I was wondering if you did commissions."

Tom wanders in what happens to be the direction of Frigid's apartment block. He's using hard to reach locations with magic.

Cheru arrives back home, probably with Maria in tow.

When he does, he sees the body. Cheru being Cheru, he immediately plops the body on the couch before cleaning up the mess, repairing the window and cleaning the blood up with magical cleaning solution- a godsend when dealing with various messes from blood to slimegirl slime.
