"Most people do not think that being attacked is fun either," Laxmi comments with a dismiss wave of her tail. "I'm sorry to hear that your house was trashed, but I suspect that you have more than enough money to repair it."

Leo's grin grows imperceptibly bigger, "Eh? We haven't introduced each other, eh?"

Leo cups a hand to his ear and leans in closer, "Eh? Kate Lane? You'll have to speak up, my hearing isn't what it used to be."
