((anyways, They did destabililize the Magnetic field surrounding the planent, but again, due to the efforts of our heroes, Machines somehow became adapted to using Mana to run. Automation was destroyed due to, lets say due to the Angeloid, Dryad, and yata yata. Also, Tepplin was able to survive due to some quick thinking on the parts of your characters. Maybe they turned tepplin into a giant mecha that could fly? I dunno...))

Otherwise... Not seeing society collapse would be nice. And maybe make everyone live in the same apartment complex this time, with common areas for the people to be social in. That way we don't have to worry about Frigid's massive penthouse suite, with its infinite bedrooms...))

((How many bedrooms did it end up having? Maja, Kyle, Tia, Frigid, Niaka, Trianna, Keith, Tom, Karl, Yukari, Ton, Lionan... Seems to be at least 12 to me. And I'm probably missing some people too. Goddamn that's a lot of bedrooms.

Also, the reboot should have everyone's children in it. Actually, I'm pretty sure that'd be impossible. If only because everyone has different lifecycles and junk, so some of them would have children of their own while others would be still maturing. Plus I don't think that the reboot takes place more than 20 years after this game too.))

I know, the characters are in a government facility after the end and they can go out and beat up monsters from time to time for the good of the land.

Just get rid of the tubes, make them cells, add anti magic fields around the cells...
