Ton will do it by accident with hand gestures, particularly those related to stabbing, as in some contexts it will be taken as a euphemism.

But in any case, that's why we're talking about this; it will happen in the future. If you're naive/'innocent', you do it by accident. If you're sultry/seductive, you do it on purpose. If you're 'normal', you do it in appropriate situations with either someone you're going out with or when the context makes it hilarious.
