Kano x Haruka. Kano Hayashi has always been a source of confusion for Haruka. Is this a sign of something....greater?

Jealousy. They knew he all but had Yukari, so he (or she- not ruling out a psycho lesbian) tried to kill Cado to have her all to herself.

They ran when they realised Yukari, being a violently protective girlfriend, would probably go after them.

But the first thing a yandere does before going the, 'if I can't have them no one can!' route is usually the 'kill/maim the person they feel is stealing them away' route isn't it? In that respect, it could be a psycho lesbian yandere for Yukari.

Grudge from something is also possible, as well as extreme racism potentially, or even just a plain killer killing for the fun of it. You have a LOT more possibilities.
