It doesn't matter. She still obviously assaulted him. And having a previous history of doing so would only be more reason for her to be punished. Don't try to act as if she can get away with a serious crime like that.

That is assault. It was not, however, violent attack. Explain how much injury or damage this would cause to someone? And wouldn't he be getting her called to the OFFICE and not getting cops called on her at a SCHOOL?

He's got a point. The school would handle it, not the cops, unless the school has a resident cop, but as I've only seen that in England and I'm not sure how they do it in Japan, I don't think so.

It was violent and an attack. You dont accidentally move into the right position to hit someone with something. And the fact she has a history of assault doesn't help matters.

Runa was hitting a punching bag, teacher came over and bothered her, as well as telling her how to kick better. Runa then walked around to the other side of the bag, and did what the teacher told her 4 times after he stayed there staring. On the fourth hit, she knocked it down onto the teacher and walked off.
