Science is always important. But it needs more flaming cats. Can't we build bridge-based catapults and fling flaming cats at the dust and goo?

It's time for the ATHATH Death Counter to increase once more in celebration for the end of the world.

Assist [Samarkand]!
{1d5+1=5+1} vs {1d6+1=4+1} = No damage dealt. You score a light hit against your friend's murderer, but you don't think you hurt it.

Shouldn't that be one damage dealt? 6 vs. 5?
They autoblock one damage. I don't like typing the protection value of armor.

((Oops, I forgot about this, other than a vague notion that something was looming over my head.

Shameless plug: I'm running weekly Blender tutorials, if you're interested in learning to make 3D models. I'll be going through making a mesh, defacing it with paint, then animating it, aiming mainly at people who have never used Blender before. Text and screenshots only, no video. Find it here.))

Froggy Sargent
Throw ranged items at miniboss.
{1d4+1=4+1} vs {1d8+2=2+2} = 1 damage dealt. You let loose a mighty throw, and the javelin strikes dead-center on the giant frog. It gives what is either a croak of discontentment or a battle roar.

Distract the boss by attacking it while my ally escapes.
{1d4+1=4+1} vs {1d8+2=8+2} = 3 damage dealt. You stand fast and distract the creature while Leon escapes. He is angry, and, despite your impressive footwork, bashes you aside. You can only hope that you bought enough time for the other guy to escape.
-3 HP
+1 max HP
Armor damaged

The giant, relatively free from distractions, barrels free and chooses two more targets: {Tiruin and GUNINANRUNIN} ((Yes, GUNsy had a reduced chance to get picked))

Sling that Grey Greater Frog!
While you're getting into a good position, disaster strikes, in the form of one giant frog sargent. {1d5=5} vs {1d8+2=5+2} = 1 damage dealt. There is no time to bring your club out, but you manage to dodge the worst of the charge, only taking a relatively minor injury from the blunt end of his trident. It knocks you back and over, but the frog has lost interest and already moved on.
-1 HP
+1 max HP
+1 weapon skill

Retreat! Heal!
{1d5+1=2+1} vs {1d8+2=2+2} = All damage blocked. You leave your ally fighting the monster while you jog off, screaming in pain. Someone lightly knocks into you from behind, nearly toppling you over. How rude!
+1 attack(?) skill

Grey Greater Frogman
Attack attack attack!
{1d5+1=3+1} vs {1d6+1=5+1} = 1 damage taken. You continue fighting the frog. It is better than you, and hits you with a sharp jab to the gut.
-1 HP
+1 max HP
Armor broken

Stab the Grey Frog again!
{1d7+2=4+2} vs {1d6+1=6+1} = 1 damage taken. Your foe puts up a fierce struggle, while you're starting to tire. It scores a slicing hit on your unprotected ribs.
-1 HP
+1 max HP
+1 attack skill

Yellow Greater Frogman
Kill the yellow frog.
{1d5+1=5+1} vs {1d6+1=1+1} = 4 damage dealt. The yellow frog, hunched over, stands about as tall as you. You decide to run up its back, jump, and land with a decapitating strike.
+2 credits

Assist my comrades in killing Yellow Frog.
You do not see any of those.
+1 credit

Everyone Else

Duck out of the way and find some more weapons!
{1d4=2} - You only find a cracked coral trident.
+1 HP

Loot the dead greater frogman's weapon!
Oversized polearm gained. It is quite heavy and unwieldy.

Get something to fight with.
{1d5=3} - You find an unused scythe.

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.
