((I've been convinced to deal with the waiting list. Everyone who has posted for it since last turn [the one on the 12th] is now on it.))

Fight back and don't die.
{1d5+1=5+1} vs {1d8+2=1+2} = 1 damage dealt. {1d8=1} Plus super critical hit. ((Huh? Nearly dead people can't do what? I cannot hear you.)) Composing herself after very nearly dying, she gathers her strength for one massive blow. The giant amphibian is taken completely by surprise. His coral shield is shattered, and the rake pierces a wide gash in his chest, ripping away much of his natural armor. Her trusty weapon snaps on the follow-through strike. The monster lets loose a long "Ribbet," and refrains from chasing the other peasants for the moment.
+1 attack skill
HP recovers by 1

((Oops, I should not have added the two block to the boss. Problem solved by lucky rolls before I could retcon anything.))

Ride bearcub into battle valiantly. Scavenge a weapon and armor before doing so.
{1d4=2} - The bear cub squeaks when you sit on it, and begins crawling slowly towards the giant frog. You reach down and grab a badly dented frying pan on the way.

Find some of my allies, and fight back the invaders!
{?} - You begin to rally more peasants ...

Find a shield and some armor.
{1d4=4} - You find a thick branch that could be used as a shield and, lucky you, a slightly tattered hardened leather vest. The branch will need both hands, and isn't a very effective weapon.
HP recovers by 1

Find a weapon! Any weapon!
{1d4=2} - You find a coral spear. It looks cracked.

Grab a weapon, preferably Playergamer's Pitchfork
{1d4=1} - Another peasant has already beaten you to the loot. You briefly contemplate just how much more effective the militia would be if there had been time for everyone to grab a stick along the way.

Science is always important. But it needs more flaming cats. Can't we build bridge-based catapults and fling flaming cats at the dust and goo?

It's time for the ATHATH Death Counter to increase once more in celebration for the end of the world.

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

Sorry, blame Alpha Centauri. Expect a turn during weekend-ish time.
