Elves require constant drugs to suppress their violent cannibal side. Sometimes elves like to wear magic rings. Rings don't care how many drugs you're on. Elves wear rings to suppress drugs which suppress their violent cannibal side.

Elves wear rings to suppress drugs which suppress their violent cannibal side. Cannibalism doesn't have to be violent. Therefore, elves are pacifistic cannibals that wear rings to suppress drugs.

The Super Mario Brothers are Sam and Frodo. The Super Mario Brothers are Mario and Luigi, who is the sidekick.  Sam is the sidekick to Frodo that ends up saving the day. Therefore, Luigi is the one who ends up saving the day.
