That's your SAVE. SHRUG is the average between Strength and Will.

I want to take an obsession/compulsion as noted in the liabilities: my character must clean her pistols at least once a day, preferably after every fight/other use of them. How many points would that be worth?
She's also going to be superstitious and possibly have an enemy. I want enough points to take Ambidextrous :P

Well, it would be a rather sane action if not for the sheer number of pistols you have  ;)
Perhaps 1. 2/3 if you clean all pistols regardless of situation and how many you have actually used.

I can't seem to find how much starting wealth we have. I'm a Freeman, so I see that's standard wealth, but the actual number eludes me.

It doesn't say anywhere. Usually it's up to GM discretion. I think I'm just going to give everyone 20 gold to start with, plus anything from inheritance.
