Mastacheese can't play ER because he's too busy taking my half finished crap and actually running games with it.  He's either brave or foolish, but he's certainly doing a good job, either way.

I think that "half-finished" is an overstatement, I'd say they're 80% finished at least.

This thread is for questions, so this kind of discussion would sit far better in the OOC thread. Makes it easier for piecewise to find the actual questions.

What is the perfect decompensator, in comparison to the other decompensators? Is it three of the next-best decompensators jammed together, or a single, distinct decompensator on its own?
Is there a universal psychokinetic amplifier, and if so, how much does it cost? (And why isn't it on the armory list?)
