My advertisement worked about 4000 times faster than I thought it would.

I found a slight flaw with my advertising...

The forum only lets you send 20 PMs per hour.

(So, where is this going to go? It’s obviously a stalemate between the soldier and the mysterious “watcher”, at least as far as a fight goes. Is the Nightwatcher going to lead the soldier somewhere else? Perhaps impart some kernel of inner truth that sends the soldier on his way towards his next adventure. Are we going to figure out what exactly happened to the town? So much to do here - I’m not entirely sure where it’s supposed to go.)

(I don’t know either. Although there needs to be something about the journal that he found, or he wouldn’t have been brought to it, unless it’s not actually the journal, but something else that he’s yet to find, that maybe the watcher knows.)

(Very true. I think it’s definitely the journal, otherwise, he wouldn’t have had a reason to read it. Law of Conservation of Detail and all that stuff. If he read it, there’s a reason - but what the reason is, and when the reason is going to make itself known, is entirely up to debate.)
(thinking of copy-pasting this stuff to the forums.)
(Ok.)
(Just so we have it on there for anybody who misses it.)

Just copy-pasting chat stuff that's at the end of the doc, so we don't lose it. And so everyone else can see.

Wow, we had like 3 pages of banter between us, while about 2 paragraphs got written in the actual story.

And no, I will not make a google+ account.

Transcripts should be occasionally posted in this thread for ease.
