Gameplay ChangesDeath: When a party member’s HP reaches zero, the character will become unable to act and a counter timer will appear. At that point, their allies will have three turns to heal them before they expire. Being healed will restore the character back to the battlefield and reset the timer.
Inventory: Instead of having a character’s inventory capacity determined by their CON stat, each character instead has 5 inventory slots to carry what they will in.
Effective Damage: is x3 damage.
EXP: EXP is shared by the party in a pool.
Gold: Gold is shared by the party in a pool.
Crits: Critical Rolls are separate from the Hit Roll.
Looting Enemies: Items that can be stolen by the steal command are marked as [STEAL]. Items dropped upon enemy death into the killer’s inventory are marked as [DROP]
Poison: Poison deals 1-5 DMG and can reduce HP to 0.
Sleep: Sleeping units always wake up when hit.

Modified Character SkillsMiracle: if the character takes lethal damage and this skill activates the character is left at 1 HP. Can't activate at 1 HP.
Blossom: Gives a third preferred stat. Levels are granted to have a minimum of three +1 stats

Class ChangesFirst Tier ClassesArchers: Sidearm removed.
Bandit: Kotm is removed.
Fencer: Indoor Combat removed. Replaced with
Pillar Dodging: Receives no movement penalty from moving onto pillars.
Mage: Effect of Nature Spririts changed to “Add your Strength stat to your Constitution.”
Pegasus Rider: Magic Sink changed to +3 DMG/RES vs people with Levitation
Scavenger: Power of the Underdog removed.
Shaman: Ancient Resolve removed. Replaced with
Ancient Gamble: During combat they initiate, a character with this skill can choose to roll a die. If they roll (Strength x 3) or under, they gain a bonus to their damage after the enemy's Resistance equal to the character's Constitution.
Soldier: Spear Wall removed. Replaced with
Anti-Calvalry: Gains a +5 Total Damage and +1 Defence bonus against mounted units.
Thief: Overdeveloped Sense of Self Preservation changed to:
Grants Canto after picking a lock or successful steal.
Troubadour: Minor Arcana effects halved.
Wyvern Rider: Loses weakness to wind.
Second Tier ClassesAssassin: Assassinate roll target equal to crit change, but caps at 40%.
Battle Mage: Vaulting over enemy units part of Jump removed. Imbue Arrow uses stats of weaker weapon and targets lower of DEF or RES.
Berserker: Berserker Barrage removed.
Bishop: Santuary removed.
Druid: Call Magic removed. Replaced with:
Memory MagicDuke Knight: Hot Start removed.
General: Half Luck bonus removed from Great Shield.
Great Knight: Momentum removed.
Holy Guard: Aura of Vitality removed.
Lore Master: Cannot have the skill Center. Must swap skills if a character that has it promotes to it. Call Magic replaced with:
Memory MagicMountain Warrior: Critical Eye removed. Mountain Fighting changed to no mov penalty when moving to Hills and reduced mov penalty by 2 when moving to Mountains. Giant Swing ratio rebalanced to 5 hit per 1 DMG.
Nomad Healer: Vulnerary has a cost of 100 Gold, and Elixir has a cost of 1500 Gold.
Nomad Ranger: Untouchable removed.
Paladin: Holy Shield removed.
Sage: Call Magic replaced with:
Memory MagicSentinel: Retaliation removed.
Swashbuckler: Grog Soaked Blade removed.
Swordmaster: Faster Than The Eye removed.
Valkyrie: Anti Magic removed.
Wyvern Hunter: Half Luck and +2 damage removed from Pierce.
