Mage Classes diversification initiative

Specialist: Weapon levels: Anima (E), one anima subcategory (B)
The specialist is a mage who focuses his energy into a single category of magic to the exclusion of others. Though he may one day branch out, for now he is prepared to take his knowledge and skill to the absolute limit within a single specialty of magic.

Tactitian: Weapon Levels: Anima (D), one anima subcategory (C)
The tactician isn't just an accomplished magician, but also a strategically minded agent of war. Directing his allies to best effect, the Tactician leads the way to victory.
Class Skill: Press the Assault: Once per turn, when the Tactician reduces an enemy to 0 HP, they may select an ally within 3 spaces. That ally may act again as if they were subject to a performance.
Promotes to: Grandmaster, Baron
Monk becomes:
Monk: same as before
Lightworker: Weapon levels: Staff (D), Light (D)
Lightworkers recognize that while their magic is useful and formidable, it is not limitless, and more can be done through a combination of tomes and staves than either alone. Whether they heal the sick or punish the wicked is determined only by which problem lays before them at any given time.
Class Skill: Duality: If the Lightworker used a staff last, +2 MAG. If the Lightworker used a tome last, +15 Evasion.
Promotes to: Bishop,
Ascetic: Light (D), Light (C)
The Ascetic is a warrior first, using the power of light magic in service of their home, village, or nation. I don't fucking know man, but this is like the aggro monk path
Class Skill: Shield of Faith: When this unit deals damage, they gain +1DEF/RES, up to a maximum of 5. This bonus resets to 0 at the beginning of the unit's phase.
Promotes to: Crusader, Inquisitor
Shaman becomes:
Shaman: Same
Necromancer: Weapon Levels: Dark: D, subcat: C
Where the Shaman pursues power for its own sake, the Necromancer desires power for a specific purpose. The Necromancer wants for only one thing: To defeat death. To this end, he will pursue any kernel of knowledge that seems as if it would lead him to his goal.
Class Skill: Draw Life: The Necromancer recovers 10% of any damage they deal as health.
Promotes to: Summoner, Dark Rider
Scholar: Dark D, Anima D
The scholar knows that knowledge is a water drawn best from many wells, and works tirelessly to broaden his studies. Combining his training with Dark Magic with the school of Anima, the Scholar is not only knowledgable, but also skilled in battle.
Class Skill: Assessment: After the scholar makes a successful hit on a target, allied units gain +5 hit, eva, and crit against the target until the end of the phase.
Promotes to: Baron, Virtuoso

The Virtuoso is a skilled and experienced practitioner of all forms of magic save the staff, and their experience shows upon the field of battle. Moreover, their studies expand beyond simple magic: Tactics, Anatomy, History: The Virtuoso is well read in most any area of academic study.
Class Skill: -Name-: If the Virtuoso enters combat with an enemy, and that enemy dies during the same phase, the Virtuoso gains a bonus based on the type of weapon they used while fighting that enemy.
Dark: +3 DAM
Light: +15 Crit
Anima: +15 Hit/Eva

Class Skill: Horseback, Dismount, Canto, Lifesteal: When this unit reduces an enemy to 0 HP, recover 50% Max HP

Class Skill: Armored, Runic Armor: When this unit is hit by an attack and doesn't take damage, they gain a +2 Damage bonus, up to +6. At the beginning of this unit's phase, the bonus is reduced by 1 to a minimum of 0.
