Honestly, not surprised I didn't make it. The sheets directly after me outwrote me by about a page.
Same thing.

Oh well. I'll just assume it's a personal slight.

Vazastar (Asilidae) - CONJURATION, summoning, eldritch flesh elementalist (BadThings Summoner)
Torgjer (Nirur) - TRANSMOGRIFICATION, restoration, transmutation (FormshaperMonk/healer) [Hurray!]
Cinaedica (Errol) - SWORD/DAGGER FIGHTING, artistic ice, graceful dodge (Fabulous Fighter/ice mage)
Selina (RangerCado) - SUMMONING, earth, crossbow (Tank Summoner/archery)
Olivier (Ochita) - RESTORATION, metamagic, water (Healer/support)
Varden (Chink) DESTRUCTION, metamagic, conjuration (Offensive wizard)
Al (Sarrak) - NECROMANCY, toughness, undead knowledge (Undead Summoner)
Karla (Samarkand) - ARMORSMITH, protector god worship, runecrafting (Armorer/Defender)

Let's see, we have two dedicated summoners, a summoner/archer, one warrior/mage hybrid, someone who makes armor, a healer, a shapecrafter, and a destruction mage. Nearly half the party can summon, and only the part time summoner gets 'safe' minions.

I guess I'll just give everyone redundant organs to reduce casualties the first time I get put on night sentry duty. FLAWLESS PLAN.

Nothing can go awry here. Free organs for everyone!

Mind if I will return them to unlife when you're done?

I like your implication that I wouldn't be killed off by the backlash from toying with people's humanity as they sleep.

Extra durability for survivors, those who suffer an accidental misapplication of redundancy get to remain with the group, in a way, and we'll presumably still get reinforcements. Everybody wins!

Extra durability for survivors [...] Everybody wins!
...Except the waitlisted. Pretty please, could you stop planning to cheat death before the game even begins?

Sorry guys, IcyTea talked me out of playing with six people's important organs, all in one night, while trying to avoid waking anybody up, while neglecting critical sentry duty. Now nothing can convince me to do so.

Aw dang.

And here I was ready to assist with making stuff like extra organs and other parts though horrible, horrible regeneration magic. While asleep. Also in the middle of being played with like some lab rat. Now you're all just going to have to settle for me (hopefully) healing you normally.

The weak shall perish at Nurir's hands and the strong will become stronger. Irony will turn the game into a meatgrinder to counteract the survivors' increased toughness, which will result in an increased casualty rate. There, the waitlisted win too.

What are limits of the types of material Conjuration can make? Could I make any material I could conceivably think of, or would I have to find a way for my character to know about that material? And, for that matter, what kinds of things can I assume my character knows?
The main limit to Conjuration is that it's basically worthless without supporting schools to draw from. You could summon adamantite or nitroglycerin or dragon blood in theory, but you'd need not just a way to know about it, but a way to understand it well enough to actually conjure it.

Plus, of course, the Conjuration skill to pull off such a potentially advanced material.

In terms of what your character knows... wizards who can and do pierce the veil of reality to gaze upon, travel to, or bring forth things from other dimensions aren't exactly common, but they're common enough that if some sort of caged abomination were to suddenly appear in the middle of the street, pretty much everyone would think "Oh, a wizard's doing things they shouldn't. Again." Similar tendencies apply to most other fields.

So put simply, there's a lot of weird stuff you probably shouldn't know about that you conceivably could because wizards. If you have more specific questions about how much you probably know about wine or cloth or construction without wizard interference, feel free to ask, but I got the impression this was more of a "can I invent gunpowder" sort of question.

Speaking of which, bear in mind that knowing of something is different than knowing how it works. Just because some crazy wizard gave you a dreamwalking potion that let you see explosive black powder being used on a different plane doesn't mean you're likely to understand how to make (or conjure) it.
Could I theoretically have the knowledge to summon elements in the modern sense, then? Hydrogen, iron, uranium, and other things like that?

I loved your description of the rose glass, by the way.

But still! Mortal enemies clearly means I'm on the right track.

Up until especially when they, too, are added to the collective. At some point this will basically just turn into a suggestion game!

Not innately, no. I'm sure each one has something that would enable it- a lot of metals are possible with Metal Elementalism or the like, for instance- but I'm not sure what that would be in a lot of cases.

So quick check: I'm still working on items, and am coming to the conclusion that the more difficulty I have with them, the more reckless and unreasonable I should resort to making them. Good idea Y/N?

Irony, do healers inevitably cause the most damage to the party outside of plant mages? Do people refuse to run from stationary bosses?

Aka, yes please do.
