Sweden's boost is percentage based, not raw based. The only source of GEP in Ancient Era is Wonders.

It's Likely that he ended up moving a unit in your scout's sight range, than moved out before the end of the turn.

is it possible to review enemy moves or attacks in Hotseat?

I would love to see which units had attack my units (minimum would be notification log but that had no entry for a fight).

So I checked the demographics page, who the heck has 21,000 population already  :o

I can also confirm bulborbish has writing (or at least someone else does) because someone actually has a literacy percent above 0%

I'm very tempted to put GMR in Vacation Mode, because all I'm doing each turn is waiting several minutes for Civ to load (and then to load the save file) and then spending about 5 seconds moving my warrior and ending my turn. If I do like 8 more turns I'll get a second new tech, and if I wait 10 or so more turns I'll finish training a worker, who I'll be able to give orders to once every four turns... This wouldn't be so annoying if it didn't take several minutes for Civ to load to the main menu and then another minute to load the saved game.

thats right...it's a little exhausting (I have Civ5 on an SSD so its ok but still looong loading time) but personally I can live with that. There is one perhaps two turns a day...so waiting for some loading time is ok for me (window-mode helps to read mails or news in that time) but I would never set it in Vacation Mode...I never trust the AI ;)
I check the distribution of city-field-worker at my turns too if I can optimize it. That can push a turn once in a while.
And atm I can fight with some barbarians that motivates too I think.

After checking demographics, I just saw that I have a total population of 6000 but a soldier population of 15000.

Got another technology from a ruin (which ejects me into first yet again) but I got trapping. I've found exactly one deer tile and it's too far away from my city to use and too close to put  another city next to it. Couldn't have, you know, given me mining or something else useful game  ::)

So how's the status for everyone else?

Found two city states.
Found four barbarian homes, one eleminated, two too far away, one eventually too near my damaged warrior.
Hoping for the first caravan with my friend next door next in near future, but I really can't choose the next thing to build (caravan, worker, fighter, building). Too much options :)

Researching the tech for caravans right now. Just got +1 pop thanks to ruins, and I'm five turns away from a civic.
