In my defense, I'm included as a subject in my ramblings about unoriginal posts, and such. Anyone who reads my post history right now can know this. So, uh, hopefully not being elitist. Hopefully. Because that was the exact opposite of my intent.

I don't mind image macros, personally. Everyone's cultural rituals look silly to someone out there, and that goes exponentially so for young and/or amorphous cultures like the depths of Reddit. Communication tends toward complexity, so if it hangs around long enough it'll develop more layers and depth out of sheer necessity.

If Doge is good enough for NASCAR, then dammit, you will learn to speak image-macro!
