Isn't the point of Nuzlocke training hard and long, no matter how long it takes? Dio was lost because he was underleveled, and I'm sure if you did train him, we wouldn't be down two guys. Your lack of wanting to train kind of scares me... Mostly because I'm seeing that this nuzlocke will result in a game over because you refused to level up enough. I can see how time constraints with doing this here and making it look good for us all, and I appreciate it, but PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF ARCEUS, TRAIN UP THE TEAM TO A REASONABLE LEVEL! I'm hoping that when we get to Lt. Surge that we have a team that no matter who we use, Surge will run for his money... Even wartortle

Note that this was specifically against another trainer who I also stopped training do to boredom - if your dudes had been higher level, theirs would have been too. No matter how dedicated I was, it's very unlikely that much would have changed. Especially considering you only lost due to two missed hyper-fangs in a row, a pretty low probability event.

But note that I haven't actually lost anyone to a gym leader. I haven't even come close. I lost someone while training due to a miscalculation on my part, and that was it.

I'm training as needed to have a good chance of winning so long as I avoid stupid mistaked, but not so much that stupid mistakes won't get our mons killed - the perfect sweet spot! The point of a nuzlocke isn't to train "long and hard", it's to make the game challenging! Endless grinding is entirely contrary to that.

Despite you guys wanting me to train up a gyrados, none of you actually wanted me to use him for the gym, so why bother putting in all that time and effort before it was necessary and before it would even *help*?

Have you found the daycare yet? Are you playing on emulator? I demand that you put Feebas in the daycare, then let a script running up-and-down run overnight, and get our lvl 100 Feebas back. Then we can keep it in a box, until we have to fight that girl again, to impress them. :p
