Sorry about taking so long to update. I got distracted by FTL.

RocketRacer, Golemborg, and Subject-173 set off in pursuit of the kobolds! The merchant, the elemental, the goblin, and Sir joseph all stay back at the cart.

COMBAT INITIATED! (initiative rolls: RocketRacer 10+7, Golemborg 3+3, Sir Joseph 5+4, Subject 6+2, Merchant 6+2)

RocketRacer moves blindingly fast, catching up with the kobolds before they can even start running away! Golemborg and Subject-173 arrive soon after him. Unable to outrun you, the bandits are forced to turn and fight!

I decided to do illustrated maps for every turn from now on. I probably should have done that from the start, but better late than never, right?

The kobold that Subject attack limps away from him and attacks RocketRacer! (3 vs (?)) He deals 3 damage!





RocketRacer has been struck down.



MEANWHILE...

Back at the wagon, Dak replies to the nice adventurer's comforting speech, completely oblivious to RocketRacer's demise.





He dissolves into laughter.

Those were some unlucky rolls for you, darkpaladin. The kobold that killed you rolled max armor to avoid death by ice blade, the merchant rolled minimum heal, and the kobold rolled the precise number needed to kill you.
