[RESULT] The battle computer emits a steady tone and he squeezes the trigger. The beam grazes the front of Helstein's torso, which is to say it misses several meters in front of it and melts away over a centimeter of armor.
Cromwell keeps his guard up and one eye on Jackson, relying on the strange new mobile suit to handle the enemy.
Reuty's cockpit instantly gets hotter by several degrees as the massive beam passes in front of her, missing her only just, but she grits her teeth and ignores the fact that she's being shot at in her determination to kill the enemy.
[RESULT] The rocket goes wide and Reuty punches her console in frustration.
Mach Schnell fires at the enemy GM.
[RESULT] He boosts aside just in time.
Jackson keeps his shield up while desperately dodging the enemy fire.
Von Strud places his targeting crosshairs on the new mobile suit.
[RESULT] The GM is but a blur as it outruns von Strud's machine gun fire, not even really dodging, just moving too at speeds too extreme for his suit's servos to possibly correct for.
My Zaku isn't built to fight something like this-!Dehek pulls his Heat Hawk and fires an AT missile at new Federation suit.
[RESULT] It comes nowhere close to hitting the suit.
Harry takes a shot at the new MS.
[RESULT] A clean miss by a good margin.
Franz tracks a Fed GM with his machinegun.
[RESULT] He cuts loose and the shells puff as they burst against Jackson's armor, cracking it's sensor head and damaging the neck and shoulder region.

Side 4 Mobile Control CenterThe MCC is in chaos as attendants and technicians rush about, trying to coordinate the defense while communicating with their sister colony, Side 1, and arguing with High Command, who rumor has it are withholding the bulk of the MS teams, citing a "coordinated counter-offensive" as the rationale. 2nd Lieutenant Dolph keeps his station as he monitors the ongoing combat over Side 4. He's the man responsible for deploying the Space-Type, to the obvious chagrin of his superiors, though they eventually relented with the caveat that he would be detained pending military trial once the state of emergency had ended. His grim expression turns to one of horror as he notices his external feeds go dark. He grimaces and patches his visual in to the Fed mobile team he's keeping in contact with. His head is unbearably hot beneath his tech headset, and he wipes his brow on his sleeve as he finishes cleaning up the link.
