"Hmmph, right, so basically you've done nothing so far. And I'm sure I'm the bad guy here. You're just upset that I'm flirting with Halldora. Just jealous that she's not sending me packing because I'm just a lowly commoner? Of course... in this current time period, you're not any better off than I am."

He smirked and turned away from the man, placing an arrow on his bow, ready to draw and attack if need be.

Colt stood his ground, oblivious the Einar loading the arrow.

: "You're damn right one thing and one thing alone, and that is on the subject of the lady. She deserves a far better man than a base creature such as yourself. I heard you speaking to her earlier. You praise her as one would one would praise a cattle for fattening up ripe with false flattery. Even if you had a drop of noble blood, I would still find you unworthy of her."

:"Blood... Blood means nothing if you are already a blackhearted, bloodless, horny dog. Men are not born noble. Now, I will have no more of this conversation with you. You've sickened me enough already."

Colt pulled out his tome, and began to read the arcane writing as the familiar bands of wind magic began to encircle him. He needed to be focused for what would come next.

"... Actually, men *are* born noble. Just because some get 'lucky', doesn't change that. At least for one definition of noble. As for Halldora... Why not let her make the choice? If you're so into her too, lets just let her decide. Or are you scared that she'll pick a... what was it... blckhearted, bloodless, horny dog? And not a single thing I've said to her has been false. I've meant every word."

Cidney frowned at the two of them, then shook his head.

: "I don't know where you two figjams grew up, but out in the bush, if a sheila had two blokes havin' a blue like you wankahs, she'd stick the both of ya through just to make ya stop yabberin'."

: "Did it ever get into your knockin' heads that maybe she doesn't wanna root either of ya? The sheila can take of herself, and if you keep pervin' on her, she might take offense. I mean...crikey, mates! Them dipsticks'll get to bludge carkin' us if you mob keep this up."

Shaking his head and turning back to face the archer, he once more spoke the incantations for the spell, muttering under his breath something about piss-brained drongos and dick-eyed salesmen.

Attack Thug B. Again.

Jorund retaliated, but he didn't manage to down his target in one blow; the prince did it for him. He pointed to the two horsemen ahead of him.

"Stay back! Safe! Jorund strongest!"

The giant lumbered past the horses, petting one's shoulder and stroking the other's nose as he went, and positoned himself in the middle of the road with his axe at the ready.

"Bad people! Jorund fight!"

Colt failed to hear the sagely words of the bushman and those last few of Einar. He moved as silently as he could to 2,22, and prepared to go inside.

Move to (15, 22). Heal Jorund.

"There you go, all better now. Try not to overexert yourself, Jorund. We'd all be sad if something happened to you."

"Thank you for heals kind lady."

He smiled at her and then resumed his march toward the enemy units, ready for them to throw themselves at him...

Jorund to 10,23.

Einar to 7-22, canto back to 19-22

"Oi, you idiot, why not stop protecting your boss for a few seconds, and try attacking me?"

This is the only chance I'm giving you, you pompous jerk. Make use of it.

Cidney started jogging lightly towards the battlefield as the largest of their companions strode onto the field. He was favoring his right side, and blood was still seeping, though slowly, from a gash along his arm and chest.

"G'day mate! Don't worry none; I won't let none o' these bog-nibblahs get you in the back if ya can keep 'em from doin' it to me! Now then, let's give it one ripper of a burl, eh?"

More quietly, Cidney muttered to himself as he prepared to blast any of the enemies that approached.

"Just hope they're a bunch of bodgy hittahs..."

Jorund listened to Cidney talk, completely befuddled. He couldn't comprehend what he was trying to tell him.

"Funny man! Talk more."

Even if he didn't understand, he still liked listening to the man talk. He didn't sound like anyone Jorund had ever run into before.
