Cidney was startled for a second, then grinned as he realized the way she was probably struggling not to construe it as in her mind. Or possibly just convince everyone else she wasn't.

"Long as it's you doin' the washin', love, I'd be right glad to clean up. Ta for the healin', by the way; now 'scuse me for a split while I show this wankah how to properly use his arrows."

The last phrase he had said with a wink as he picked up the shaft where it had fallen after the priestess had healed him. Then he looked over to the archer and stalked towards him, a malicious look of glee spreading across his features.

"Didn't they ever teach ya how to use this, mate? Here, let me show ya..."

The bushman proceeded to stab the archer to death, then blasting the corpse with his black magic for good measure, before stepping over the body and around the house, only to see a rather large mob of enemies coming towards them all. He drops the bloodied arrow and his shoulders sag.

"Well, shite. This is gonna hurt, ain't it? An' the sheila just filled me up, too."

Move to 12.19 and attack Thug B.

The archer didn't seem to be keen on leaving his little leafy hideout - he even shot at Asoth.

The trickster and deserter then attacked O'Connor and Halldora, respectively. Halldora retaliated by cutting the soldier's head off, while O'Connor got electrocuted so badly he couldn't even move.

An out of breath Colt surveyed his situation.

: "Bah... At this rate, I won't stand a chance at getting there in time to help those people. They could slaughter them all in a mere matter of moments. But... Perhaps if I..."

He scanned his surroundings and his heart sank. Einar. While Colt loathed to ask that self-righteous pomp of a horse rider for help... He needed desperately it if he wanted to secure the safety of the Red House. He swallowed his noble pride and called out to him.
: "Einar! I'm going to need a hand over here. Could you and Cidney lend me some assistance?"

"Hmmph. I'll do it to protect the villagers. Not to help you. Had I known you were over here, I would've sent Jorund and stuck with Halldora. Better company. Also cuter."

Unknowing of the argument going on, Halldora moved on to aid the rest of the guard.

Colt cursed with a murderous brand of rage, but he forced himself to swallow it. Not here.
: "Keep your thoughts to yourself and don't make me regret asking someone such as the likes of you for help. Focus on the mission, and not your pants you craven dog."

"Riiiiight, I'm the coward out of the two of us. Because, you know, I'm the one who went the nice, safe route through the forest, instead of trying to get to the people we were trying to rescue and go along the path where we'd actually have to fight enemies. Oh wait. Hmm, sorry, I think I must have gotten confused. But I hope you enjoyed your nice forest stroll. And don't worry, I already regret coming over here."

: "It was strategic. Don't pretend like I can keep up with a horse you dimwitted charlatan. If I wanted to reach the battle in time; this course was the fastest I could take. Safety was my least concern."

Glancing behind him, Einar shrugged.

"I don't know. They all seemed to have kept up just fine. And you still haven't really reached the battle. Have you done anything yet? Or have you just decided to act like you're superior to the rest of us for no reason?"

: "Shush. First, we're hardly but a stone's throw from a fight right now. Is that not enough for rabble such as yourself, or must we get closer and try to find out how sharp their axes are first hand? Then secondly, who exactly has been trying to 'act' superior? If I recall, you are the instigator here. I have not said a single word against you that hadn't already been earlier provoked by your insufferable nature."
