I just realized the thing that would start the most amount of wars and net one person a great deal of potential worship.  Creation of a set of Dragonball-like objects that would summon the deity who created them to a person to be granted a single request.  They then would scatter across all three wanderers.

Ancients and the Overgod would be only marginally affected, since their power is tied to a outer universe conduit that a link can only be established to by ascent to Overgod.

What about an artifact/Act that causes everything in the Universe to become Sentient? If everything is sentient then they can cause wars, and they can worship.

Best thing is, it is only positive, since the wars were an 'unintentional' side effect to giving them something to better their lives with.  Also, for laughs, you could be a literal genie from time to time.

They'd only cost 1 act to make, since all they do is summon.  Raven could dump 1 mighty into indestructibility and 1 mighty in that they can't be detected by other Gods or Ancients, ever.  Oh, and he has the exact number of acts that I just listed here.

Summoning, not wish granting.  Unless you want to make a proxy to act for you.  Might want to dump in 2, one to teleport from attacks, and one to prevent manipulation.
