Broodhollow is the best. The reason it:#the best can be summed up thusly:
(Beware spoilers)
It pulls of shit like this constantly, without warning. It’s gotten me hooked.
How many pages is it?

Not enough. It hasn’t beennupdated in two months either, but the story so far is good enough for me to reccomend it.
I don’t actually know how many pages are in it, though.

Ahh. Broodhollow.
Such good pacing.

Such, uh, slow pacing.

Used to have it in my bookmarks, took it off because it doesn't ever update.
Just got caught up again, a few pages into book 3, which was new for me. When I stopped watching it, we were a few pages into book 3.

That's why I started using the comicrocket website. Avoids wasted time checking for updates. Also, I use feedly, and a few things that don't play nice with comic-rocket have RSS feeds so i get new comics in feedly. Additionally, you can make a catch-up RSS feed in comic-rocket and then put that in feedly, which feeds a user-defined number of comics to your RSS feed per day, until you're caught up.

Time is too valuable to click on individual things which may or may not have updates.

Does anyone remember a webcomic based off tabletop games, tht used them as a universal set of laws? Where the characters included an islander straight man, a female human tank, a kobold that tagged along at some point, a warforged who’s only here to see the death of the leader, who’s an elf prince who’s wanted in his home dimension for being an asshole.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Does anyone know the name of it? I can’t find it anywhere, or remember a single name from the entire comic.
Edit: It’s also a sprite comic, if that helps.

Yep, it's Will Save World For Gold.  Based on 4th edition DND, which is interestingly alien.  I *guess* it's sprite-based, but it's all custom pixel work.  Surprisingly dark a lot of the time, though there are themes of hope and redemption as well.

I really like the Eladrin homeworld, heh, and the kidneyflayers segment.  Pretty sure I found the comic through a bay12 recommending it.

I don't know if I mentioned it, but after someone recommended Stand Still, Stay Silent to me, I really do think it is in my top 3 webcomics so... plugging that for the uninitiated!

i haven't read it for a while.  Really ought to, but it could be so slow sometimes.

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.

SSSS is pretty slow to get started.
Once they actually get into the silent world, all is well, but until then...

On the bright side, you can now read clear through the first adventure right up to the present hiatus, so there's no better time to start than now.

Of course, then you have to wait a couple weeks yet before updates resume, so there's also that.

Oh holy crap, Gone with the Blastwave is doing updates again.
That’s pretty terrifying.

Ava's Demon updated. In this episode 5 second snip of their lives, Odin experiences some Eye Scream, gets to see Wrathia half naked, and begins to explain his religion.

Ironically, none of this has to do with the fat space doobie he's smoking.

www.loveandtheapocalypse.com

I'm putting my practice webcomic online for people to enjoy/critique/comment on. I dunno if it's okay to plug such an endeavor here, but I thought there could be a chance some Bay12ers would be interested in reading!

The first 18 pages are up and it officially updates on Fridays, but will also update more often when I have the time to work on it.

Fascinating, the color shift from full color to white-black confused me a little, but I like the main character, if his purpose is a little up-in-the-air at the moment.
