No he doesn't. Level ups come at the end of a turn, aka he needs rolep to move. However, rolep's probably waiting on a response to his question about why he started in the wrong spot still, so.

EDIT: Indeed, I've derped hard. Unfortunately it's long past fixture :v (and why you would want to stay in middle of spider swarm anyways)
