Maybe something like if they don't use all their mov, -15 hit or something? Or like... if there are two or more enemies they could hit after they finish moving, -15 hit?

Dat HP growth indeed. :P

I have a good feeling though that Luc and Colt are going to quickly learn to dislike each other however. They have two very different philosophies about the world that don't quite gel. This is a good thing. Internal conflict creates dialogue.

There is a very good reason I gave her dodge against attacks that will punch her skull in in one go.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Haspen, this is a very important question;

What is NEF2s closest analogue to/of Australia?

A good +10 Hit, +10 EVA against swords might work, if you want to go with sword on sword. If you do BMMs, I suggest using crushing swords (if you go the sword route), those things are axe levels of heavy.

I figured that went without saying. Actually, given their nature, maybe more hit would be more helpful.
