Yeah, to be honest, that was more of a placeholder since I couldn't think of much else. I'll try and come up with something else.

But yeah, I'm actually leaning more towards the fighter right now simply because MASSIVE GLASS CANON!

I need to play a tanky Fighter one day. Of course I prefer tanky everything, but y'know. :P

In other words, I prefer my characters to have tank controls. :3

Lol. Well, I figured that without critical hits being a thing, having a dude with lots of HP and good speed and skill and such would hopefully work well.

Hmm. In that case, maybe a +2 AS skill would work for the Fighter as well? That would help them double/not get doubled. They already have high damage so switching that one out might help. Just something to consider.

Dat's legit.

Right, currently I'm thinking either Mage or Fighter, but I'll wait to see what other people make. And then after that's decided, I'll just use one of these guys for some other RP!

@Someone in the past:

Yes, skills from First Class carry over to Promoted. The only two exceptions are mercenaries promoting to heroes and wyvern riders promoting to wyvern knights (it's somewhere at the end of spoiler in FEF2)

@Rolepgeek:

I don't think I saw you anywhere else than NEF1, so welcome aboard.

Oh and if you people can't decide what kind of character to make:

You will definitely want a Thief (or other lockpick-bearer) and a Mage (or other magical guy, as long as he deals high damage).

Otherwise you're free to make whatever :P

It also caps the enemy hit rate below a hundred if I remember correctly.

That would be the 1.22 book.

Swordmaster give up bows for better sword ranks and a possible +5 AS and +10 damage for always on +10 crit

Would it be alright if I join on as a mage if we need one?

I am still relatively new and I think I have a good concept in mind. ^.^
